Creating a Job Safety Assessment

  • If hazards have not been controlled with Take 5, users can choose to raise a Job Safety Assessment.


  1. How to create a JSA ? 


  • A JSA can be raised when there is no hazards controlled with Take5 as indicated in the field Hazards controlled with Take5?



  • A button shall appear to allow creating a JSA. Click on the button to start creating a JSA. 



  • A generated link to the JSA will appear after finish conducting the JSA
