No workflow shall be required for the Master Data form. This form shall be used to record the material records in the system.

System Number	Allow free text entry.
Customer Name	Allow free text entry.
Customer Number	Allow free text entry.
Active?	Allow to specify whether the customer is active.
Primary Contact Name	Read only field, displays the Name from Contacts section if the contact is set as Primary Contact
Title	Read only field, displays the Title from Contacts section if the contact is set as Primary Contact
Email	Read only field, displays the Email from Contacts section if the contact is set as Primary Contact
Phone	Read only field, displays the Phone from Contacts section if the contact is set as Primary Contact
Address	Read only field, displays the Address from Contacts section if the contact is set as Primary Contact
Suburb	Read only field, displays the Suburb from Contacts section if the contact is set as Primary Contact
State	Read only field, displays the State from Contacts section if the contact is set as Primary Contact
Post Code	Read only field, displays the Post Code from Contacts section if the contact is set as Primary Contact
Country	Read only field, displays the Country from Contacts section if the contact is set as Primary Contact
