A Dashboard setting determines what content a user sees when they login into the system. A user may only be linked with a single dashboard.

Field Details:


  1. Dashboard Name: Display name of the dashboard.
  2. Applications: The applications visible to the user of this dashboard.
  3. Reports: Reports created in the Analytics module. All selected reports will be visible for the user of this dashboard under the Analytics menu of the dashboard
  4. Favorite Processes: These processes are displayed as a shortcut on the dashboard.
  5. Favorite Reports: These reports are launched and displayed within the dashboard.
  6. Favorite Lists: These lists are added on the dashboard for quick access. The list name is used to determine the folder structure (as it is in the application)
  7. Report Portlets : Used to display smaller report portlets at the top of the dashboard. Report portlets shall be displayed in a grid format (4 max per row)
    1. List: List that returns a number as its value
    2. icon: Icon displayed inside the portlet
    3. class: Used to set the colour of the text within the portlet
    4. Display Name: Name displayed insde the portlet
    5. Define Target?: If set then the portlet shall display a progress bar depicting how much of the target value has been reached
    6. Target Name: Name displayed for the Target within the portlet
    7. Target Value: Static value (number) that is then compared with the value returned from the List 
    8. Target Unit: Static unit (such as %) displayed next to the Target
    9. Open List on Click?: If set then the 'List to Open' must be specified. This list shall be displayed when the user clicks on this particular portlet
    10. List to Open: This list is opened when the user clicks on the portlet. The query/criteria of this list should be set in such a way that it matches the List specified above in point #1.
