Master Data Equipment Workflow Diagram


 No workflow shall be required for the Master Data form. This form shall be used to record the material records in the system.

Fields

Field Explanation

Material Number
  • Allow free text entry.

Name
  • Allow free text entry.

Type
  • Allow selection from Chemical, Electronic, Food, Other, Pesticide and plastic.

Active?
  • Allow specifying whether the current material record is active or not.

Current Quantity
  • Allow specifying a number representing the current quantity of the material.

Unit
  • Allow selection from 

Inspection Required?
  • Allow specifying if inspection is required for this material.

Supplier
  • Allow selection from all suppliers in the system.

Material Number (Supplier)
  • Allow free text entry specifying the material number.

Sampling Plan
  • If set then this Sampling Plan will be used for all materials received (during Inspection) from this supplier

Description
  • Allow free text entry.

Reject Delivery on Failure?
  • Allow user to specify whether the shipment is to be rejected or not if the inspection criteria is not met.

  • Allow selection from the options: qualitative and quantitative.

Description
  • Allow free text entry.

Sampling Plan
  • Allow selection from all the sampling plans in the system. 
  • This Sampling plan will be ignored if there is a Sampling Plan specified for the Supplier

Reject Delivery on Failure?
  • Allow user to specify whether the shipment is to be rejected or not if the inspection criteria is not met.

Comments/Notes
  • Allow free text entry.

Capture Photo
  • Allow user to specify whether a photo can be attached during inspection

Desired Value
  • Allow entry of numerical value, displayed if Type is set as ‘Quantitative’

Unit
  • Allow selection from: %, cl, cu cm, cu ft, cu inch, cu m, cu mm, deg c, deg f, each, fl oz, ft, g, ghz, gl, hz, inch, kg
