Field Explanation

Number
  • The system automatically generates with the following format: MON-XXXXX where XXXXX is the next sequential number.  

HACCP Plan
  • Allow selection from all HACCP Plan in the system.

Available CCPs
  • Allow selection which CCPs to monitor on. 

Created Date
  • Allow selection from a calendar to specify the created date of the monitoring record.
  • Auto filled with the current date and time.

Result - Number
  • Allow entering numeric value.

Recorded By
  • Allow selection from all users in the system.

Outcome
  • Allow selection from the options Fail, NA and Pass.
