Completing an Assigned Task


  • When the document is opened by the Assignee, the document shall be displayed in ‘Read’ mode. 


  • The assignee may review the record and the meta data to ensure that it is correct.


  • If the assignee is ready to make changes to the document or is ready to sign off then the ‘Edit’ button must be clicked on the Top/Bottom right hand corner of the form.



The record may be edited by the assignee (if allowed in the task). Any meta data including any file attachments may also be changed/removed at this stage.


Once the assignee is read to sign off they can click on the next available Task icon (if they are authorised) or the Submit button to sign off.
