Field Explanation

Title (Mandatory), free text field for a short description of the competency

Number, automatically generated with the following format : COMP-XXXXX where XXXXX is the next sequential number

Disabled?, allows the user to set or unset whether the competency is disabled or not

Additional Details, allows free text entry

Related Document, allows selection from all approved documents in the system

Retraining Required?, if set then the competency shall have an expiry date auto determined

Retrain After (months), displayed if Retraining Required? is set, allows user to specify the number of months after which the relevant certificate for the employee shall expire.
