Creating a corrective action to fix the hazard

  • Users can choose to create a corrective action immediately to fix the hazards instead of conducting a risk assessment.


  1. How to create a corrective action?


  • Choose the option 'Yes' for Corrective action will permanently fix the hazard?        




  • A button Create Action shall appear to allow creating an action.



  • Attached action shall be attached above the create action button for tracking.
