1. If enabled, on the home page the 'Forgot Password' link should be visible as follows

  1. Click on the Forgot Password link, enter your email address and the Text Verification code and click Next to proceed to the next step

  1. On the next screen answer the secret question and a new temporary password shall be sent to your email address. Once logged in the system shall request you to reset the password to a stronger password.
