Open Records


As the user navigates and opens records (whether new or existing) those records are added to the Open Records list as shown below. The user may click on this link at any time to see the list of records they had accessed during their current session. The list is cleared when the user logs out. 


For example, if you have opened documents from various applications then you can return to the User Session to quickly access them again. This can also be thought of as a bookmark to the various documents and records you have been accessing.
