An Online Course consists of an Exam that a user must pass before the training can be considered as completed for the at user.


Before an Online Exam Course can be started a Course Profile must exist with an Exam Profile (or Acknowledgement). 


  1. To start a new Course Click On 'Start New' and then click on 'Start a Course'.

Select the Course from the Course Profile list to continue, as the Course is selected all its related information is populated.



Under the 'Trainees who attended this course' all pending users that have yet to pass the course shall be added. You may add other users to this list so that they may be retrained.


Ensure all information is correct and proceed to start the Exams by clicking on the Start Exams button as shown below. An Exam shall be created based on the Exam Profile in the Course Profile and assigned to the Trainees.



It is important not to Submit and close the Course record until all Exams have been completed, Submitting the Course shall cancel all currently running Exams.
