Step-by-Step instruction on Requesting Support


Step 1: After starting a customer support ticket 


  • After starting a Customer Support ticket, make sure some information such as Customer Name, Location, email has been pre-filled, if not please contact the implementation consultant via email to be registered in the system:




Step 2: Choosing the type of request 

  • There are 3 types of request to choose from:
    • Request for Change: Any system-related change that requires some implementation from Implementation Consultant. Please read in the Request for Change sub page. 

    • Question/Issue: Question or issue that the client may have. Please read in the Question/Issue subpage. 

    • Request for Training: Request for training session for your team members. Please read in the Request for Training subpage.
