Adding Approvers to a Change



  1. Overview


    • Each change can have Approvers added (these may be department managers of any departments that are affected by the change for e.g) that shall be responsible for making a decision in regards to whether the Change gets implemented or not. 



  1. How to Add Approvers to a Change


Step 1: Navigate to Approvals tab



Step 2

    • Choose approvers from the Approver field and at the same time set the Approver's department.
    • Comments field is read-only and shall display the comment that approvers make while routing the Change to the next approver
