Calibration and Maintenance can be Automatically scheduled based on the date and person responsible for carrying out the task (as set in the Equipment form). Once enabled, the system shall monitor the next date when these events are due and as soon as the date is reached the corresponding Calibration or Maintenance activity will be started and assigned to the responsible user. Once that user completes the activity, the next calibration or maintenance date will be adjusted (based on whether it is a Weekly, Monthly or another schedule) automatically.


As soon as task is scheduled the responsible user shall also receive an email notification of the assignment.


To enable scheduling of Calibration and Maintenance events, the following Connection Settings should be enabled:


  • Calibration Scheduler
  • Maintenance Scheduler
