Conducting an Risk Assessment



  1. Overview


  • Any Risk associated with a Incident will be recorded in the impact details so control measures can be conducted. 



  1. How to create a Risk Assessment


Step 1: Navigate to Investigation tab 



Step 1: Choose the checkbox Conduct Risk Assessment? under Incident  section 



Step 2: A button "ASSESS RISK" shall appear after the previous step, click on the button to conduct a risk assessment. 



Step 3: A dialog shall appear to allow conducting risk assessment.

  • Risk assessment information shall be recorded under incident impact section as follows after it is created:
