Note: System Account is a special account that is used for a number of internal processes, this account must not be deactivated.


  1. On the ‘Settings’ page click on User Settings/by Active or by Inactive to view the users in the system.



  1. Search for users using the Search action and then open any record by clicking on to view the details of the user. Click on the open link next to each record to open and edit that record


  1. On the User Record, uncheck the 'Is Active?' field to make the user inactive and set the field to make the user Active again.
