  1. Overview


  • A Risk Template must exist before a Risk Assessment can be carried out in the system.


  1. How to conduct a Risk Assessment


  • A Description for the risk must be specified and selections shall be made in the Dimensions available.

  • For each Dimension, the available Degrees are made available and upon selection the corresponding score is displayed.

  • The scores from all Dimensions are multiplied and compared against the Range specified in the Risk Template.

  • Resulting Impact is displayed in the ‘Calculated Risk’ and Score in the ‘Score’ field.
