Starting a Risk Record


  • A Risk Assessment may be initiated directly from the Start Menu or within a process in the system. For example, a Risk Assessment can be carried out in relation to an Incident, Customer Complaint, Issue etc.


  • To initiate directly from the Start Menu follow these steps:

Navigate to Start New → Utilities → Risk Assessment → Risk Record
