Momentum QMS can push form data directly into Word and Excel documents. In order to make use of this feature the following must be done:

  1. An attachment field must be added to the form where the Word or Excel file will be attached
  2. Integration must be enabled through the API in the Form Setting's Custom Event handler (if it has not been already)
  3. The Word or Excel document must be formatted in a manner that supports the integration
