Step 1: Entering your question

  • After choosing Request for change under type of request field, a request details section will appear and there shall be a link to the HelpDoc provided.
  • Most of the questions can be answered based on the HelpDoc. 
  • If you cannot find the answer to your question based on the helpdoc please feel free to enter your specific question in the "describe your request" rich text field.




Step 2: Submit the request to the implementation consultant

  • After finish filling all the request information you can start routing the request to the implementation consultant.
  • The implementation consultant will be automatically picked up, make sure you check the It is indeed the implementation consultants that handles your project. 

  • After submitting you will wait for review from implementation consultant which occurs maximum within 1 business day.

Step 3: Seeing the answer to your question

  • When the support ticket is routed back to you, the answer to your question will appear on the comment tab.
  • If you have any more question please specify in the comment tab and route it back to the implementation consultants.
  • The support ticket will only be closed once you are satisfied with the answers.
