  1. Entering Approved Task

  • The approved task is entered after a contract is approved.

  • A training (if available) is triggered when entering Approved task. 

  1. Available actions

  • The contract can be initiated change when it is approved. 

  • Initiate Change includes three actions: Create a new version, obsolete contract and set a review date. 

  • To initiate change, click INITIATE CHANGE button on the top right.

  • Define any supporting documents for the change.

Type of Change

  • Define the type of change.
