Finding and Editing Suggestion forms


Suggestion Lists:


Navigate to Home Page → Applications → Document Control Module 


  1. Suggestions / All Suggestions:


It displays ALL Suggestion forms within the system, sorted by Number.

It contains the following fields:

  • Number
  • Created By
  • Status
  • Summary of Change
  • Created Date 
  • Assigned To 
  • Due Date





  1. Suggestions / My Suggestions:


It displays ALL Suggestion forms requested by the current user within the system, sorted by Number.

It contains the following fields:

  • Number
  • Created By
  • Status
  • Summary of Change
  • Created Date 
  • Due Date
