  • Users shall set up the Investigation Team for the Incident under the Investigation Team section.

Step 1: Choose Investigation Team Required? under the Investigation Team section.



Step 2: After the previous step other fields shall appear to allow select Investigation Lead, Investigation Team and Verification/Effectiveness Check


  • User under Investigation team Lead field shall be assigned with the Investigate task when the document is routed to the Investigate step.
