Creating an action


  1. Overview


    • One or more actions related to the customer feedback can be recorded at any time. Actions can be used in combination with the CAPA module or without the CAPA (if the issue is minor).



  1. How to create an Action


Step 1: Navigate to Closeout tab




Step 2: Click on the CREATE ACTION button to create a new Action, a dialog shall be displayed with the new action as shown below.





Step 3: Enter all mandatory information and click "SAVE AND CLOSE" or "SUBMIT" to save or assign the action to the responsible user



Step 4: All created actions shall be recorded under the Feedback Closeout section.
