Recording product information


  1. Overview


    • Product information (there may be one or more products) related to customer feedback can be recorded 



  1. How to record product information



    • User can either choose to add the product information manually or choose from a list of product record in the system. 


Step 1: To choose from a list of product records in the system user can click the link button shown below to start browsing for the desired product.



Step 2: When clicked a dialog shall appear that displays all Products in he system (see Master Module)



Step 3: After choosing the desired product click SUBMIT button at the top. Selected products shall be selected in the Feedback and corresponding information from the Product set in the Product Number ans Name fields.
